PROFLEX rubber tiles are a safe surface for the playground, resistant to external factors and mechanical damage, and at the same time remain soft and safe in the event of a fall. These safe surfaces are not only vibro-isolating, water-permeable, anti-slip, but also have a unique aesthetics. They are available in several colors and different dimensions, both in terms of length, width and thickness. Surfaces made of SBR and EPDM boards meet the latest EU standard PN-EN 1177: 2019, protecting children against falls and providing them with a safe play area (HIC certificate from 1.1 m to 2.8 m). Our playground surfaces have also been certified by the National Institute of Hygiene and have the R11 anti-slip class.

Each SBR rubber plate, like the EPDM plate, has 16 mounting slots that connect it to other plates with corrugated pins. This solution eliminates the effect of edge curling. In order for the individual elements to adhere well to each other, we also offer rubber edges, i.e. curbs.

The great advantage of EPDM and SBR rubber plates is that they are installed on a foundation made of 15 cm thick aggregate without a stabilizing layer of sand and cement. It is also possible to lay them on concrete and paving stones. The method of installation with the use of dowels eliminates the need to glue the boards together and glue the boards to the substrate.

In order to provide children with maximum health protection without protecting their expression, it is worth reaching for flexible rubber plates for playgrounds.
