The traditional production process causes a natural maturation process, in which a fragile shell is formed around, and a "smooth" remains in the middle. Our Matrix fudge candies are cream-butter-caramel, hand-made on real caramel (handmade). Our fudges candies are probably the only ones in Poland that contain as much as 7% butter. Krówki Szczecińskie candies have a regular shape and a milky-caramel aroma. Fudge Szczecińskie Matrix have a slightly hard consistency with a caramel filling.
