2. What kind of form will customer receive the purchase document?
Each customer can choose between a VAT invoice and a receipt.
3.Can I order a package and pay on delivery?
We do not have a download option
4. Can each product be returned?
Not every product is returnable. Items that have been made to order cannot be returned.
5. What is the return procedure? The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the product. All you have to do is inform the shop about your intention to return it, and then return the product to our company's headquarters at your own expense. We will return the money to the account provided by you within 14 days

You can always check the status of your order in your account after logging in.
11. What is the delivery time?
If the product is in stock, the package is sent within 1-3 days only in Poland, in the case of custom-made products, the delivery time is extended to 30 days
